Not long ago it was 10% off but now Asos has 20% off final clearance items. Code: EXTRA20.
Although I bought items during the 10% off, I decided to have another look and see if there was anything else that was nice. I find that alot of the things I do like are not available in my size so I guess that helps me save some $$. I am looking forward to Spring and we have been getting awesome spring like weather here! I picked up a few things:
The floppy hat for 6 pounds and the jersey pleat trousers. I recently bought the jersey pleat trousers in the pink for 7 pounds but thought with the 20% off I'll also buy the black version since they were 10 pounds. The blue coloured ones look tempting too... I seem to always check back on asos to see if there is anything else added to the final clearance section. Time to really start saving though and less time on Asos.

Daiso Doncaster
I didn't even realise there was a Daiso store in Doncaster until my mum told me about it the other day. I have only been to the one located in Abbotsford (Richmond) which I have blogged about before. Everything in the store is $2.80. A great place to find gifts. I rarely go to Westfield Doncaster so finding this store was very tricky. Daiso is located near the escalators on the ground floor and it's also near Coles.
This store is a bit more spacious then the Abbotsford store. They also had ample stock and a huge variety of items (probably more then Abbotsford). I didn't really see any empty shelves. Maybe this is because the store has been open for a while now. I remember trekking to Richmond and their shelves being empty the first couple of times I went when they first opened. The other good thing is they accept card payments as long as you spend over $15. I am not sure if they have changed this at the Abbotsford store but I remember they only accepted cash. So being able to pay through eftpos was very convenient.
I am always drawn to storage type items so I bought a few things that could help with storing my nail polishes and sigma brushes. This is what I ended up buying:

This is their details:
Shop G216
Westfield Shopping
619 Doncaster Rd
Doncaster
9848-1333
If you are in the area, Daiso is definitely a shop you should visit.

I love colour block shoes
I really really love colour block shoes. Ever since I have been eyeing the Zara tricolour elastic sandals. They are on sale for 19.95. If only I was living in US!! I was thinking the same thing when I was viewing the Nine West sale page a few weeks back. Everything in Australia is so overpriced too. We have a Zara store here in Melbourne but I can only imagine the price tag for these shoes. Not too sure if they have them because I don't really travel to the city.

I might have to turn to one of the mail forwarding services but because these are on sale I am not too sure if they have them in stock in my size.
As an alternative, I have seen some of tony bianco's gorgeous colour block shoes the price ranges from 170-180 though :(

I love seeing gorgeous colours mixed together. Colour block shoes are definitely something I want to add to my spring wardrobe.

Asos 10% code
Wow this is my first blog entry for 2011. Anyways I love sales and bargains so I had to post the current ASOS code which is extraten on sale items. I'm not too sure when this promo expires but I purchased this cute leather bag. It was such a bargain, from 45 pounds came down to 13.50 pounds after the discount. With free postage world wide I couldn't resist.
The link is here for those who are interested:
The colour is red. There is also a white version which is actually a little bit cheaper too.
Hopefully everyone else has picked up some nice bargains :)
